1.) She is able to take material I have selected, my ideas (with some tweaking), and produce the most fabulous looking treatments. The material I used for my guest room had been a decadent decorative throw that did look nice on the bed -- but you should see what Gail changed it into for the window (and a pillow)! The black out Roman shades for my son's room -- well, two separate shades hanging together, and the horizontal lines match!
2.) She has a repertoire of many treatments she can make if you need ideas. And if you don't, she will work with you to help your "dreams" appear on the windows.
3.) She comes prepared to put up your window treatments -- and she calls you to let you know when she will arrive. I love this part!"
